Account and purchase history
When a customer creates an account, we store their name, email, secure password hash, sessions, and order links. The password is never stored as plain text.
Purposes
Process orders, prevent fraud, issue documents, handle import declarations and customs clearance, deliver goods, support consumers, and meet legal obligations.
International sharing
Strictly necessary data may be shared with sellers, logistics operators, couriers, payment processors, and authorities, including outside Brazil, with contractual and security safeguards.

Data subjects can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization where applicable, portability, and sharing information through the Support Center.

Retention and security
Order data is retained for the applicable tax and consumer-protection periods; support records are kept as needed for resolution and fraud prevention. CPF and address data are encrypted, and operational exports are restricted and logged.
On-device storage
The store uses local and session storage for the cart, checkout security key, and latest-order reference, plus an essential protected cookie to keep the account session. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies while those services are inactive.
