These terms govern platform use and international product purchases by consumers in Brazil. Checkout remains unavailable until company details, official channels, and required integrations are complete.
2. Order formation
An order is confirmed after validating the details, product availability, and payment authorization. Prices and costs are shown in Brazilian reais before confirmation.
3. Import and customs data
The buyer acknowledges that the item comes from abroad and authorizes use of the data required for the import declaration, customs clearance, and delivery.
4. Timeframes and tracking
Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to inspection, administrative restrictions, carriers, or events beyond the platform's control. Relevant changes will appear in tracking.
5. Support
Questions and requests can be sent through the Support Center. Each request receives a tracking reference.
