Transparency and the Remessa Conforme Program

Platform status

yivostore is certified under the Remessa Conforme Program (PRC). International orders are prepared for import declaration and collection of applicable taxes.

Information shown to the buyer

The product, international shipping, insurance, discount, other expenses, Import Duty, ICMS, IBS, CBS, exchange rate, and total are shown separately. The product is identified as coming from abroad and subject to an import declaration.

Configurable taxes

Brackets, rates, deductions, exchange rates, and effective dates are managed in the Tax Engine and admin panel. Commercial settings must be reviewed by a tax adviser and kept current, especially during the IBS and CBS transition.

Expected operating flow

1. Collect complete order, product, seller, and recipient data.
2. Send information in advance to an authorized postal operator or courier.
3. Register the import declaration and collect applicable taxes.
4. Track the parcel through customs inspection and consumer delivery.
